Red Green Protein Smoothie


Another healthy recipe! This smoothie contains the following and might get you a big forearm! ;)

- Mixed berries (I used frozen ones, but fresh are even better!)
- Half banana
- Whey protein
- A bit of milk
- A handful of spinach (!)

Mixed it all in a blender and you're good to go!
